Shipping Information

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options
Shipping methods available at checkout may include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

  • Priority/Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts).

Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. AuraWave is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refund Timing
Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your return. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund it at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31 of the following year, as long as they meet the return requirements above.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
